The headline pretty much says it all May 2013 has been a terrible month for interest rates if you compare where they are today 5/29/2013 compared to the historic lows we’ve experienced for the last year or so. If one looks at the rates from a historic perspective though rates are still incredibly low. If you are on the fence about selling your property you should act soon. Once rates have fully risen the incredible demand and inventory situation we are experiencing now will be completely the opposite.
